All outstanding issues have been corrected: -100-200 ppm chlorine was available inside the third compartment of the 3-compartment sink and inside the bucket with the wiping cloth. -Handsink was not obstructed and food contact surfaces were not being washed inside it. -Handwashing signs and dishwashing signs in Punjabi were provided to the operator.
