Phone Consultation with Operator: -Operator mentioned that the beef hooves and whole hide (skin) is from an approved source, but that the supplier made a mistake and sent her the whole hide instead of chopped pieces that she had requested. Operator has emailed receipts from the suppliers. -As discussed over the phone, you do not have the facilities and equipment required to chop up frozen meats or meat products on-site. You may only repackage bulk dried fish into packages. Ensure that proper labels are attached to every package. The information required on the labels has been emailed to the operator.
