Observation: Upon arrival of EHO sanitizer solution found in bottles at concentrations of 0ppm and greater than 1130 ppm DDBSA / 3010 ppm Lactic Acid.
Sanitizer dispensing unit dispensing sanitizer at concentrations greater than 1130 ppm DDBSA / 3010 ppm Lactic Acid.

Correction: The unit requires servicing.
Until such time as unit is serviced ensure staff are diluting sanitizer such that it meets manufacturer's requirements.
Ensure daily testing and recording is occurring.

ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Service technician for sanitizer dispensing unit has visited facility and serviced unit. Sanitizer dispensing unit dispensing sanitizer at concentrations of appropriate range. Does not exceed 1130 ppm DDBSA / 3010 ppm Lactic Acid.
- Facility has pre-scooped ice cream in freezer unit. Going forward facility will employ ice baths frequently changed out during service. Dipper well recommended for facility
- Knives no longer stored between equipment
- Ice scoop in proper container stored on top of ice machine

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Monitor sanitizer solution daily to ensure appropriate range of 272-700 ppm DDBSA and 704-1875 ppm Lactic Acid is met.
