Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food in top inserts warmed to 8C with the lid open due to the unapproved poor placement of the prep cooler. Food in metal inserts with the lid closed dropped to 4C.
Corrective Action(s): Change all plastic inserts to metal inserts. Close lid when not in use.

Observation: Rodent issues still persist. Pest report stated two mice removed from underneath oven.
Corrective Action(s):
- Sanitation must be maintained
- Ensure that food contact surfaces, INCLUDING PIZZA BOXES, are stored securely so that there is no rodent contamination
- Check items for rodent contamination prior to use

Observation:
Facility has undergone renovations without prior health approval despite previous inspection indicating that approval was needed.
- soda machine is gone
- prep cooler has moved to the front area
> poor placement of prep cooler as the ambient heat created by the oven causes food in the inserts to warm up
- where prep cooler was, new stainless steel table provided

- no upgrades to warewashing area to provide for space to place slicer (placed atop mop sink) or to provide an extra compartment for proper three compartment warewashing method
- move vegetable cooler to the new stainless steel tables now that space has been created
Corrective Action(s): Submit updated floor plan to the undersigned by MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2022.

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine in spray bottle - all wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer solution when not in use
- reviewed two compartment sink warewashing method with staff
- reviewed Too Good To Go safety plan - this was provided prior to the previous Correction Order being rescinded
