-Ensure that pest proof containers with tight fitted lids are purchased for all foods in storage. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. Pest control is coming on site. The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. The sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm General sanitation was satisfactory.
