Bar washer has been repaired. Chlorine at final rinse tested 100 ppm. Dishwasher has been repaired, however no chlorine is being dispensed due to issues with the sanitizer hose. Further, the detergent feed hose is running continuously (????). Repair or prime so that chlorine sanitizer is dispensed for sanitizing of the plates.(Immediately) You must test the sanitizer concentration at least twice a day every day and record the sanitizer on the log sheet. No beverages are being stored in the keg cooler. It has now been cleaned. Upright cooler has been cleaned.
