Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At the inspection dated January 26, 2023 there were 22 children and 6 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action is required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following education/recommendations were provided:
- A system is in place for renewing certificates.
- Medication storage.
- Care plan yearly renewal and review.
- Checking emergency food supplies.
- Applying for exemptions.
