COOLERS & FREEZERS EQUIPPED WITH THERMOMETERS. FOOD STORAGE PRACTICES ARE GENERALLY GOOD . HANDSINKS STOCKED WITH LIQUID SOAP & PAPER TOWELS . ALL SINKS EQUIPPED WITH HOT & COLD RUNNING WATER.
