Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - D2VQBG: Renovations to back kitchen complete. Wall is now in place separating the back kitchen from the new adjacent unit. All food contact surfaces cleaned and sanitized. Note: premise still operating as a take out single service utensil only premise. Correction ORDER rescinded. Premise approved to resume food service operation. 2 compartment sink with hand sink installed. Hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels available for use. Liquid soap and paper towel dispenser to be installed later in the week. Utility sink also installed. Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C. Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -18 degrees C. Chest freezer at -19 degrees C. 3 door freezer at -18 degrees C. Ice cream freezer at -20 degrees C.
