Hand wash stations x3 had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
Meat/Seafood room ambient air temp approx 10C at time of inspection.
All coolers (display, walk in...etc) were at 4C or less
All freezer less than -18C
Adequate separation of meat and seafood preparation/storage areas.
Meat grinder noted to be stored/operated in the walk in meat cooler.
Quats at source and in spray bottles 200ppm. Test strips available.
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed with staff - no concerns with procedures explained at time of inspection.
Good general sanitation. No obvious signs of pest activity.
