Low temperature dishwasher has heavy accumulation of mildew and biofilm on propellers, inside walls and doors.
Corrective Action(s):
Clean and sanitize inside dishwasher and ensure cleaning and maintenance is done frequently for the dishwasher. Follow your sanitation plan for cleaning and sanitizing hard to reach areas, and items that are to be cleaned and sanitized daily, weekly, monthly and seasonally. To be corrected today.

Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
Coffee stirrers stored in ice.
QUAT sanitizer at 3-compartment sink dispenser = 200 ppm.
Wiping cloths stored in chlorine sanitizer = 100 ppm.
Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
Food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Ice machine clean. Ice scoop stored in designated container.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
