Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food was held in the front line cooler at around 9-10 C.
Corrective Action(s): All inserts were put on ice and food underneath was transferred to another cooler.

All coolers in the kitchen were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 74 C at the plate level.
No evidence of pests, pest control report available on site.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
