Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout. Underneath prep cooler handles are maintained in sanitary condition as well. However, the surface below the pizza prep cooler top requires better cleaning as discussed at this time.

NOTE: Two boxes of basa fillets were placed at room temperature. Temperatures for both were measured below 0'C. Staff had advised the boxes were delivered just before the inspection and moved to the freezer at this time. Ensure to put cold potentially hazardous food in cooler/freezer as soon as delivered. Do not leave them at room temperature.
NOTE: Ensure to follow the proper manual dishwashing method at all times as explained and shown on poster posted on wall.
NOTE: Items being packed for pick up - cold foods were measured at 7'C-8'C and hot foods were measured at ~34'C. All to be picked up within the next 30 minutes.
