Routine inspection conducted:
-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. Hot-holding not in use at this time.
-Hot soup being cooled at this time in metal container.
NOTE: Ensure to cool from 60'C-20'C within 2 hours and from 20'C to 4'C within the next 4 hours.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.9'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-100-200ppm chlorine solution prepared in a bucket to hold wiping cloths and a spray bottle at front.
-Ventilation canopy hood maintained in sanitary condition.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory. Sanitation level can be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis.
