Comments

- The heating rod part has been replaced in the dishwasher. Staff stated that the temperature was hot on the first day after the repair but the next day temperature started to drop again. Final rinse temperature reached 58.6C after 3 runs at the time of inspection. Replace or repair the dishwasher to ensure it can perform sanitizing cycle (either by high temperature or chemical sanitization). Extra two months will be allowed to resolve the issue. Failure to comply may result in the issuance of Violation Ticket(s). Deadline for the Correction Order that has been issued on Oct 12, 2023 is now extended to December 22, 2023. Continue to have manual sanitizing step if dishwasher is used to clean dishes etc. QUAT sanitizer dispenser is fully operational and the solution is measured at 200ppm.
