Inspection following store renovations. Premise constructed as per approved plans.

Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Coolers and freezers equipped with thermometers.
Food contact surfaces are smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All hand wash and 3-compartment sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77.3 degrees Celsius (as per min/max thermometer).
Quats sanitizer (at dispenser) was 200ppm.
Chemicals are stored in a safe manner.

At time of inspection there were no food/drinks stock on premise. Operator complete final organization and stocking for store re-opening on August 23, 2018.
