Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # RHEN-CMWVX9 of Jan-09-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Commercial low temp dishwasher not dispensing sanitizer at final rinse step. Prime button unable to feed chlorine into the system. No residual measured. Correction: Discontinue using the dishwasher until fixed. Implement manual dishwashing as discussed. Unit must be fixed by follow up inspection date. Fix such that final rinse temperature can achieve 50 ppm chlorine residual or more.
