Paper based inspection: Report #259373: Health permit valid and posted. Premises open only once a week (Wednesday) when there is an auction. *Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. *Bleach in spray bottle measured 100 ppm. - Ensure to have bulk bleach available (plain bleach 5%) *Refrigeration units at 4 deg C. Freezers at -18 deg C. *Minimal food kept on-site. Hot holding for soup was 68 deg C. *Menu - no change: sandwiches, burgers, fries, soups *Operator has valid Food Safe 1 - keep certificates on site *General sanitation was satisfactory. *Pest control monitoring in place.
