- Premises has obtained timers and is using them to track time pizza sits out on warmers after it finishes cooking. ** Pizza that isn't finished with 2 hours must be discarded. ** Maintain a daily tracking/ waste log. - 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution available. - Kitchen back door closed at time of inspection. Doorsweep has been installed on kitchen back door. - Required cleaning has been completed. - Operator has placed rodent traps in premises to facilitate pest monitoring. - Continue to monitor pest activity.
