Observation: * Electronic devices were found being stored above food prep table while food is being prepped. These electronic devices had wires hanging down over the food being prepped. Also, there are other items being stored above prep and washing areas that are not food grade (eg. vacuum). These items can contaminate foods below.
Corrective Action(s): * Reorganize all storage shelves so that only food grade stuff being stored above food/washing areas. Also, replace any rusty shelves, etc.for sanitary reasons
