Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pails of Quat sanitizer at the front and back areas measured 50 ppm. Changing of sanitizer was not done according to the time stamps on the pails (3 hours expired).
Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill with fresh Quat sanitizer. Ensure sanitizer pails are changed regularly to maintain concentration at 200 ppm.
