Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing. Staff Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink. Food protected from contamination. Food is from an approved source. Inventory is mostly ready to eat products. No raw proteins on site. Equipment in good working order. Temperature holding is adequate and in use with thermometers. Take out containers and utensils are sanitary. 3-compartment sink in use. Chlorine sanitizer in use at 100 ppm. Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location.
