Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATs spray bottle for the front servicing area measured at <100ppm. Chlorine sanitizer buckets for the kitchen measured at 50ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Re-make QUATs spray bottle to measured at 200ppm. Re-make Chlorine sanitizer buckets for the kitchen to measured between 100-200ppm.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine. 2-compartment sink available.
Prep cooler and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers and chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Pest Control Company, Kwality Pest Control Ltd. contracted monthly. Recent report on July 18, 2022 indicate no product used for rodent activity.

NOTE: Staff must wash their hands after making dosa on grill plate as the scoop for dosa has no handle. This will prevent possible cross contamination. Dosa scoop must be washed every 4 hours of continuous use. Alternatively use dosa scoop with handle.
