Comments

Routine inspection was conducted and following observations were made:
- Handwashing sinks in kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers are maintained less than 4C
- Chest freezers maintained less than -18C
- Pizza Hot holding unit measured at greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle available at 100 ppm bleach solution
- Three compartment sink available
- All food is stored off the ground and protected from contamination
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity
