Observation: Front service cooler not functioning properly. Cold - potentially hazardous food items are not being stored at proper holding temperatures.
Correction: Perishable food items are not permitted to be stored in front service cooler. Items removed.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Mechanical Dishwasher - no sanitizer detected. Wiping cloths are not being properly stored - too many cloths noted.
Correction: Mechanical dishwasher is to be serviced asap. Wiping cloths are required to be stored in a sanitizer at all times.
Comments

Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- Temperature Control: No concerns noted this date. All coolers have been adjusted and are functioning as required. Monitor daily. Ensure all perishable food items are being stored at or below 4 C. Temperature gauges are noted!
- Mechanical Dishwasher: (Low Temp - chlorine) Serviced. No concerns noted.
- Wiping cloth storage improved. Dishwash sign provided. - Use 100ppm bleach - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of 5% unscented bleach in 4.5 litres (1 gallon) of water. Change sanitizing solutions in sinks and buckets every couple of hours. Change sanitizing solutions in bottles daily. Use test strips to measure the concentration of sanitizer.
- Sanitation: Improvements noted. Facility is too be kept clean and organized - ensure "hard to reach" areas are being cleaned routinely. (ie: Below/under/behind equipment, etc)
