Comments

Sandwich and milk coolers <4C. Hand sink is supplied with soap and paper towel, hot and cold running water. Paper towel roll is on side and not in a dispenser. Advise to place roll in dispenser to prevent contamination of paper towel. Back storage area is reasonably clean and well maintained. Recalled/past best before/reject items are in a separate box. Food is stored separate from chemicals. Coffee stations were reasonably clean, slushie stations well maintained and have good sanitation. Coffee creamer is in cardboard milk cartons which require customers to self serve by touching and peeling back top lip area to dispense. There is no handwash station for customers. Advise single use creamers or cap style large creamers so at least caps can be sanitized. Ice machine/packaged ice chest storage outside is in clean condition inside. Washrooms are generally clean and well maintained. No signs of pests inside the facility. One large rodent in parking lot outside - please take necessary Worksafe precautions during removal. Ensure building exterior has pest control management plan.
