Comments

- Handsinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Quats sanitizer present from dispenser at 3 compartment sink. Concentration was 200ppm.
- Quats sanitizer solution present in 'kleen pails'. Concentration of solution in pails was 100ppm to 200ppm
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder)
- Walk-in cooler (store) 3C to 4C
- Undercounter cooler <4C
- Prep cooler <4C
- Milk/cream dispensing units front service area (front/side counter) <4C (See violation for back side dispenser)
- Stainless 1 door cooler 2C
- Hot holding temperatures of potentially hazardous food was acceptable (60C or higher)
- No pest activity noted in food preparation, service area. Last invoice from pest control service Feb 6, 2019 provided.
-No ice was provided for stirring spoons (staff mentioned that water is replaced every 2 hours). There is no ice machine for this premises.
