Ice machine has been cleaned and been added to the monthly cleaning schedule. *note: please ensure unit is emptied, cleaned and sanitized during this cleanout--> follow manufacturer's direction. Store manager advised that ice machine cover was broken for approximately 2 weeks prior to the last routine inspection therefore likely exposing the inside to ambient environment. Store manager advised that staff have been registered in foodsafe, please email proof of registration to EHO. *note: All Foodsafe level 1 certificates issued before July 29, 2013 has expired as of July 29, 2018.
