Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no approved food contact surface sanitizer solution available for use. No bleach solution available for diluting to 100ppm for use on food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Staff instructed to purchase a bottle of bleach. Dilute 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon water for sanitzing food contact surfaces. Fill last sink at 3 compartment sink with 100ppm for manual warewashing. Wash, rinse, sanitize all utensils/equipment in 100ppm for 2 minutes then air dry. This is as per your sanititation plan.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection designated hand wash station hot and cold water supply turned off. Sink also obstructed from use with containers and large pot.
Corrective Action(s): This designated hand wash station must be supplied with liquid soap and paper towels, hot and cold running water and be accessible for use at all times. Staff turned on the water supply.

- Grease accumulations observed on the exhaust canopy.
- Grease and food debris accumulations observed on walls and shelves.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No staff on duty has FOOSAFE Level 1 or equivalent.
Corrective Action(s): At the time of inspection no staff on duty had FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent. During the course of the inspection a staff member arrived that had FOODSAFE level 1. Send additional staff to take FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent.

Hand sink after correction provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Reminder to change this solution frequently. General sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
Preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower section at 4 degrees C.

Followup inspection required.
