Corrective Action(s): Ensure all parts of kitchen are systematically cleaned to prevent accumulations of food debris. Keep premises organized. Perform clean up to noted areas.

Observation: Ice machine water line leaking again. Causing an accumulation of water on floor. Possibly leaking through wall to mop sink side of area. Mop sink might also be leaking.
Corrective Action(s): Repair leak or leaks and clean up these areas such that no water accumulates on floor or in walls. This will be checked at next scheduled inspection for completion.

Food handling practices have improved. Minimal food observed outside refrigeration. Good. General organization in walk-in cooler has improved with raw meats and ready-to-eat foods separated. Good.
Prep cooler less than 4 C; Walk-in cooler less than 4 C. Hot holding of broth and rice above 60 C.
Dishwasher observed reading 100 ppm +; OK.
