Kangen device was reconfigured at time of inspection. Corrective Action(s): Ensure the kangen water device does not obstruct access to hand sink. The hand sink is designated for hand washing. The kangen device was added after the floor plans were approved. This is not a designated food preparation sink. Should future inspections identify issues, installation of a separate food preparation sink will be required. Violation Score: 5
