All containers of potentially hazardous foods stored on ice or in cooler units - good Handsink in the back kitchen was accessible and stocked - good rice cookers, crock pots, various cooler door handles and cooler units clean - good Plastic bags not kept for re-use - good Fly strip in the dry storage room changed - good sanitizer in spray bottle and bucket was >400 ppm chlorine. Sanitizer solution as re-made. Ensure that sanitizer solution is always maintained at 100 ppm chlorine mix 1/2 tsp bleach to 1 litre of water.
