A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C; freezer was -15C; hot holding units 60C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [Cl2] of 200ppm.
- Secondary cook step completed in the microwave. Reheating of donair meats being done in the microwave prior to placing in the hot holding units.
- General sanitation level is good. Improvement seen in the back area. The back area is less cluttered, organized, and cleaner since there is less items around
- No signs of pests.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; raw proteins stored separately from RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on pallets, racks or shelves.
- No expired foods in used or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Exhaust canopy and filters are clean.
- All in order.
