Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: - Minor amount of dried food debris noted on blade of meat slicer
Correction: - Disassemble and clean to remove all food debris and sanitize. [Correction date: today]
Note: Food service worker reported slicer is used in the morning once and not used throughout the day. Ensure slicer is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after use.
Comments

- Covid safety plan completed. Manager reported plan has been reviewed with all staff
- Times and table numbers are now included on contact tracing list
- Tables have been spaced to ensure 2m distance between patrons seated at separate tables.

- Floor in kitchen has been cleaned and gaps filled/sealed
- Mouse droppings were cleaned up and no additional droppings noted. Continue to monitor and ensure floor is kept in a sanitary condition.
- Walk-in freezer was at -10C. Food stored in walk-in freezer maintained in a frozen state. *Freezer should be serviced to ensure it is functioning properly and according to specifications.
