-Follow-up inspection to Sept 8, 2017. -Kitchen handwash station has been serviced and is no longer leaking hot water. Handwash station is now easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels -Bar handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Quats sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm and labelled. Chemicals were properly labelled at the time of inspection. -Door seals for the prep cooler have been replaced and were in good condition. Ensure staff properly clean the door seals. -Cleaning has not been carried out in the walk-in cooler. Ensure cooler is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition as per your sanitation plan. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
