-Kitchen not in operation during the inspection. It is rented out to various groups throughout the year.
-Ensure that a sanitizer solution is available for food contact surfaces. Acceptable sanitizers include a 200 ppm quaternary ammonium solution or a 100 ppm bleach solution (1 tsp per liter)
Two door refrigerator was < 4 C
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests, pest control comes on site regularly.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
