General: General sanitation is good. Hand washing sink has hot/cold running water and is stocked with paper towels and liquid soap. Laundry done on site - bleach available. Washroom is clean. Waxing: Sticks and strips single use. Treatment bed paper liner single use. No signs of double dipping in wax pot. Single use items are stocked and not being re-used (wooden scoops, bed paper covers, etc.) Laser hair removal: Laser warning sign posted on wall. Treatment bed paper liner also single use. No reflective surfaces in treatment room. Laser hand piece disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol after use. Client goggles disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol after use. Laser hair removal machine key operated, with emergency on/off button Facials: Loop extractor is disinfected with CS20. CS20 expires Oct. 2023, good! Cotton and sponges single use available. Microblading: Blade and holder single use. Blades discarded into available sharps container. Ink dispensed into single use ink caps. Threading: Single use threads available.
