Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Hand washing station located in bar area lacks hot running water. Liquid hand soap and single use paper towels are provided. )

Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-AWZSM7.

- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm.
- Small hot water tank servicing bar area only (bar hand sink) has been replaced since previous inspection. Bar area hand washing sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Door seals have been ordered for 2-door commercial cooler in bar. Operator stated that he was unable to locate a new seal/gasket at this time for the domestic chest freezer located in the kitchen. Please ensure the areas around and on the surface of the gasket/seal are properly cleaned and sanitized until a new replacement seal is installed. Freezer unit temperature was measured at -20 degrees C at time of inspection.
- Template for dishwasher sanitizer log provided at time of inspection
- Discussed allergen control and in use utensils. In use utensils are currently being stored in an ice bath. If allergens are a potential concern, new utensils that have been washed and sanitized are to be used to limit potential cross contamination of allergens.
