Corrective Action(s): Give kitchen area a deep clean removing all dust, grease and food debris. Due June 22, 2022. Violation Score: 9 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Large section of linoleum flooring in walk in cooler is missing, exposing the raw wood subfloor. Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace floor in walk-in cooler so that it can be easily cleaned and is durable. Due: July 8, 2022 Violation Score: 3
