Corrective Action(s): - Repair the handsink and ensure the handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers. - Colander was removed from the sink at the time of inspection. - Handsinks (except the one next to the kitchen door) are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. - All coolers at 4C or below. - Walk-in freezer at -9C. - No hot holding observed at the time of inspection. - QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200ppm. - High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above at plate level during the final rinse. - Ice machine in sanitary condition / scooper stored in a separate container. - No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
