Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on July 4, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B2D29N).

- Sanitary condition of facility has improved and concerns from routine inspection have been addressed. Ventilation slats are now in good sanitary condition, as well as the area underneath the cook line
- No newspapers are used to cover food products, which were observed in previous inspection - good
- Temperatures of coolers and freezers meet health requirements (4C for coolers, -18C for freezers)
- Low-temperature dishwasher dispenses 50 ppm chlorine residual at the plate
- Dishes were cleaned and sanitized after dim sum service. Dishes stored underneath central food prep table are in good sanitary condition

No further concerns at this time. Please continue to maintain your facility in good sanitary condition.
