-Follow-up inspection to July 2, 2019. -Did not find any yogurt made from unapproved sources at the time of inspection. -Did not find any rodent poison in the facility at the time of inspection. Facility has a fly issue in the back storage area. Contact your pest control operator regarding fly issues. Improvements have been observed in rodent issues (facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator every 2 weeks). -Facility is no longer using poultry containers to contact foods directly. Foods stored the poultry containers are first stored in sandwich bags. -Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. -Did not observe foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection. -One of the sanitizer pails was unlabelled at the time of inspection. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed. -Please contact the inspector if you have any question or concerns.
