Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (1) A 3-compartment hot holding unit is placed in front of paper towel dispenser at front cashier handsink, making it hard to grab paper towel freely. Re-locate hot holding unit.
(2) Handsink by deep fryers is blocked by an unused hot water holder. Handwashing station must be accessible at all times. Remove unused item.
