Front hand sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water Back hand sink soap getting refilled at time of inspection Walk in cooler 3C 3 compartment sink sanitizer sink measured at 200ppm **Be careful manually diluting the sanitizer! If the sanitizer is coming from the dispenser too strong, it's better to adjust the dispenser than try to tweak concentrations in the sink Pizza prep cooler in use at time of inspection - lower temperature measured at 2C Hot holding case products spot checked - all well above 60C Chicken holding unit >85C Temperature monitoring logs on site for cook and hot hold temperatures All freezers measured -18C, with exception of 2 door freezer that has been turned off and emptied **this machine is to be repaired to replaced Coffee machine with milk storage measured at 5C.
