ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Holes sealed in dry storage area
- Holes sealed next to dishwasher unit
- Wooden molding placed along bottom of sushi preparation cooler unit

ITEMS CORRECTED AT TIME OF INSPECTION:
- Rodent droppings removed from shelving units and units sanitize with chlorine sanitizer solution

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Continue to be serviced by Pest control company. Pest control technician is to inspect facility for holes. Ensure rodents are caught and infestation is eliminated.
- Continue to clean and sanitize facility daily. The infestation is ongoing and will require much ongoing cleaning to eliminate rodent infestation.

NOTE: IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO CONTINUE TO TRAP AS WELL AS MAINTAIN A HIGH LEVEL OF SANITATION THROUGHOUT RESTAURANT. FUTURE ENFORCEMENT ACTION WILL OCCUR IF FACILITY IS FOUND LACKING ACCEPTABLE SANITATION OR SEVERE RODENT INFESTATION
