Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 73.1C final rinse temperature.
Prep cooler, undercounter cooler, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
Ice scoops observed outside ice machine/bin. Ice machine and bin observed to be in sanitary condition.
Milk dispenser and ice cap machine compartment measured at 4C.
No signs of pests observed. Pest control contracted out monthly.
All food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
