Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in bucket measured at 0ppm QUATs residual. Asked the operator to replace with new fresh QUATs solution.
Corrective Action(s): QUATs sanitizer now measured at 100ppm. Ensure to replace the sanitizer solution every 2 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed frozen ready-to-eat meat in room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous food should be thawed in refridgerator or under cold running potable water. Put ready-to-eat meat in cooler if thawing or store in freezer if it is not going to be used anytime soon.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser at the handwashing area in the back is jammed.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the paper towel dispenser. In the meantime, provide paper towel roll.

- Handwashing sink maintained with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Freezer at -10C. All foods frozen. Monitor temperature by recording it in a temperature log
- Foods in hot holding unit maintained at 60C or hotter
- Walk-in cooler at 1C. Good
- Beverage cooler at 4C. Good
- Monitor temperature of sandwich prep cooler. Cooler is designed to hold the temperature of food not cooling down food. Ensure items stored in sandwich prep cooler at 4C before transferred
