Observation: Area in between deep fryer and grill still requires cleaning - significant amount of food debris accummulation noted.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize this area, and do so on a regular basis. Hire professional cleaners if needed.

Comments

- Follow-up inspection conducted.
- Prep cooler across from cook line has been replaced with a new one. Measured at 1C. Good.
- Walk-in cooler has been reorganized and all food items were properly covered.
- Walk-in freezer has also been reorganized.
- Deep cleaning in facility has been done, with the exception of hard-to-reach areas in between large cooking equipment (see violation code 306 above). As discussed, ensure deep cleaning is done on a weekly basis.
- Back screen door was in use - good.
- Fly activity has decreased but is still ongoing. Monitor and contact pest control for servicing if needed. Ensure to keep doors closed and all food items covered.
