This room is only used when there are special events; hot holding/chafing dishes are used/buffet is served. At time of inspection, buffet was not being served and there were not hot holding units being used. Drink service area kept in sanitary condition. No coolers in this room except for a locked wine cooler No concerns noted at this time. Manager not on site to discuss closing the file for this room as it can be included under the kitchen/sports grill permit.
