Observation: Spill noted in cabinet under handwashing station at drive through line. Food debris noted inside drawer cooler for happy meal milks. Paper products and food debris noted along wall in dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean and sanitize the noted areas above by follow up inspection.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: Gap is observed between black baseboard and wall of dry storage room as indicated to manager onsite. Two ceiling holes also identified.
Corrective Action(s): Please close the hole/gap by follow up inspection. Verify with Ecolab whether the gap identified during inspection was the same one noted on the March service report.

Thermometer available to determine food temperatures (160-165F)
Probes are sanitized between uses
Dishwasher (low temp): 100ppm chlorine at plate
Manual warewashing at three compartment sinks properly set up
Chlorine, Quats and peroxide strips onsite
*the peroxide strips are expired (DEC 2018)
Chlorine in buckets were measured at 100ppm and there were 200ppm Quats and 3500ppm peroxide in spray bottles
Ice scoops all stored in designated slots and ice bins are maintained in sanitary condition
Temperature logs up to date
Ecolab monthly pest control reports reviewed onsite

Note: Roofing for compactor room is still pending and this should be addressed asap as janitorial room is cluttered and needs to be cleaned and reorganized.
